REMOTE TRAINING DEPLOYMENT
Deliver trades training to Indigenous people in at least 5 remote communities by Dec 2027, improving access to skills development and economic participation.
REVENUE & BUSINESS GROWTH
Achieve a 50% increase in total contracts by Dec 2028, including Indigenous workforce and commercial projects, to ensure financial sustainability and expand employment opportunities.
