Roy Tilmouth is the founder and Managing Director of ASPECT Construction & Contracting Pty Ltd. A proud Arrernte man and lifelong resident of Alice Springs. Roy has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry across remote and urban Central Australia.

He brings a strong combination of technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and a deep commitment to Indigenous workforce development.

• Cert III Carpentry | Cert IV Building & Construction

• Heavy Rigid Licence, White Card, Ochre Card

• Machine Tickets: Excavator, Skid Steer, Telescopic Handler, Forklift (pending)

• Trained in working at heights and construction safety

Roy has worked across multiple construction disciplines including carpentry, concrete, welding, roofing, landscaping, fencing, and machine operation. He has managed and delivered complex projects for government, commercial, and community clients, with strong experience in remote service delivery.
